Internship Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Intern to join our product team. This is a hands-on internship where you will play an active role in the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch. As a Product Intern, you will assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, software engineers, QA engineers, and designers, and contribute to the creation of products that delight our users.
What You Will Learn
During your internship, you will gain practical experience in product management processes, including requirement gathering, writing user stories, managing backlogs, and conducting user research. You will learn how to work in an agile environment, participate in sprints, and use tools like JIRA and Confluence. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in planning and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and products.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and refine product requirements.
- Document test cases, bugs, and feedback clearly and collaboratively.
- Contribute to user research and usability testing to improve product experience.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings.
- Support the product team in data analysis and reporting.
- Create and maintain product documentation and user guides.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Previous internship or project experience in product management or testing is a plus (but not required).
