Join Nobel Riggindo as a Product & Lifting Equipment Engineer and take your technical expertise to the next level. We are seeking a dedicated professional to drive our product strategy and provide critical support to our sales force. In this key role, you will leverage your engineering background to ensure our lifting solutions are top-tier, safe, and innovative.
Your day-to-day will involve a mix of technical analysis, client interaction, and product development. You will act as the technical authority for our product line, assisting sales teams in closing deals by providing accurate technical data and demonstrations. Additionally, you will be responsible for troubleshooting complex equipment issues, managing customer feedback, and collaborating with R&D to launch new, improved lifting products. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive technical support to the sales team and clients regarding lifting equipment specifications, installation, and operational safety.
- Conduct on-site inspections and troubleshooting to resolve product defects and ensure compliance with safety regulations (LOLER/PUWER).
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvement and new feature development.
- Prepare technical documentation, including manuals, datasheets, and project proposals, to support sales efforts.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to design and test new lifting solutions that meet industry standards.
- Train internal staff and external clients on the proper use and maintenance of lifting equipment.
- Monitor product performance and coordinate with suppliers for timely repairs and replacements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in technical sales support, product engineering, or a related field within the lifting equipment or heavy machinery industry.
- Strong understanding of lifting machinery, hoists, cranes, and associated safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and MS Office Suite.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
