We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Product Line Manager to spearhead the strategic direction of our product portfolio. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the product line’s strategic alignment with business goals, maintaining a competitive edge in the market, and driving profitable lifecycle performance.
As a Product Line Manager, you will serve as the primary owner of the product vision, bridging the gap between complex technical innovation and market needs. You will work closely with R&D, Sales, and Marketing teams to define product roadmaps, drive go-to-market strategies, and maximize revenue growth. We are seeking a results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of product lifecycle management.

- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap to meet business objectives and market demands.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and development to launch and retirement.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability by optimizing product pricing and portfolio performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to ensure successful product delivery.
- Present product updates and strategic plans to key stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Establish clear KPIs and metrics to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing product lifecycles and driving profitability in a B2B environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Experience in the photonics, semiconductor, or precision engineering industry is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
