Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for streamlining operations and a fluency in Mandarin? Koko Mart Trading is seeking a dedicated Product, Logistics, and System Management Officer to serve as the backbone of our growing retail and distribution network in Kawit, Cavite.
In this role, you will play a critical part in bridging the gap between our product sourcing, inventory accuracy, and logistical execution. You will ensure that our internal systems are perfectly synced with our physical stock, optimizing workflows to support our rapid business expansion. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end inventory tracking and stock reconciliation to ensure system accuracy.
- Coordinate logistics activities, including import/export processes and last-mile delivery scheduling.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking suppliers and partners regarding order fulfillment.
- Perform daily audits of warehouse management systems (WMS) to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
- Analyze product turnover rates and provide reports to management to optimize stock levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine internal processes and increase operational efficiency.
- Oversee documentation compliance, including shipping manifests, invoices, and customs paperwork.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is strictly required for effective supplier communication.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in retail, logistics, or inventory management.
- Strong technical proficiency in WMS, ERP software, and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict operational deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with international vendors.
