- Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify product opportunities

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of product management experience in insurance or pension industry
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data analysis
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Aha!)
- Understanding of Indonesian insurance regulations and compliance requirements
- Proven track record of launching successful products in financial services
