- Manage patient-insurance relationships, including claim processing and coverage verification
- Coordinate with corporate partners and insurance providers for seamless healthcare delivery
- Resolve billing discrepancies and insurance-related patient inquiries
- Maintain accurate documentation of insurance policies and patient interactions
- Collaborate with medical teams to ensure insurance compliance for treatments
- Develop and implement patient education materials on insurance benefits
- Monitor industry trends to optimize insurance partnership strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business, or related field
- 2+ years experience in healthcare insurance coordination or patient relations
- Proficiency in medical billing software and insurance claim systems
- Exceptional communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
- Knowledge of Indonesian healthcare insurance regulations (BPJS, etc.)
- Certification in Medical Billing or Healthcare Administration preferred
