Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate the end-to-end product onboarding process for new banking solutions.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal policies across Singapore and Hong Kong jurisdictions.
- Perform regular data audits and maintenance of product documentation to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Compliance, and IT, to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for product performance reviews and regulatory reporting.
- Support the product management team in project tracking and administrative workflows.
- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes that may impact product viability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in banking operations, product support, or compliance.
- Strong understanding of banking regulatory environments in Singapore and Hong Kong.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for operational risk and detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a contract-based environment with tight deadlines.
