Westcon-Comstor is seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Manager to join our dynamic team in Manila City. In this position, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strategic vendor relationships while meeting quotas and achieving profit targets. You will collaborate closely with our Channel Sales teams to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies that maximize market penetration and revenue generation.

Tanggung Jawab
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with vendors while meeting assigned quotas and profit targets
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Channel Sales teams
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform product planning
- Manage product lifecycle from introduction through growth and eventual transition
- Negotiate favorable terms with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and product availability
- Monitor sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed
- Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Provide product training and support to internal sales teams and channel partners
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
- 5-10 years of experience in product management within the ICT or technology industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and profit goals
- Strong understanding of technology distribution channels and vendor management
- Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software
- MBA or relevant professional certification is a plus
