As a Product Manager, you will serve as the bridge between cutting-edge technology vendors and our internal sales teams. You will be responsible for defining the product strategy, fostering deep-rooted relationships with senior vendor stakeholders, and empowering our partners to succeed. Tanggung Jawab
- Drive and exceed assigned revenue and Gross Profit (GP) targets for the product portfolio.
- Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with vendor personnel and senior management teams.
- Execute collaborative sales visits and workshops with partners to drive market penetration.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine product positioning and pricing strategies.
- Develop and implement go-to-market plans that align with organizational growth objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and demand generation.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within the ICT or distribution sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience in managing complex vendor and partner relationships.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in financial reporting and forecasting.
- Ability to travel frequently for co-visits and stakeholder meetings.
- Strong command of English; proficiency in local languages is a plus for regional engagement.
