Tanggung Jawab
- Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company strategy and market demand.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and sales teams to deliver high-quality features on time.
- Conduct deep-dive user research and market analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
- Translate business objectives into detailed product requirements and user stories.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product success and iterate based on data.
- Lead product launches, coordinating with marketing and customer success teams.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritizing work based on business value and technical feasibility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably within the ICT industry.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end product lifecycles from concept to launch.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Tableau.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA or Confluence.
- A proactive problem-solver with a strong ability to manage ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
