Are you ready to shape the future of digital finance? Synergy Financial Advisers Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead the IMPETUS initiative. In this pivotal role, you will drive the strategy and execution of our core digital products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
As a Product Manager, you will own the full product lifecycle—from ideation and market research to launch and iteration. You will work closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to prioritize features that solve real customer problems and align with our business goals. Your deep understanding of the fintech landscape will be crucial in ensuring our products remain competitive, compliant, and innovative.
Tanggung Jawab
- Own and execute the product roadmap for IMPETUS, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify new opportunities.
- Define user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
- Collaborate with the design team to create intuitive and accessible user interfaces.
- Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on value and effort.
- Analyze product performance data to drive continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within the Fintech or Financial Services industry.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive product decisions.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Aha!).
