New Media Services is seeking a visionary and experienced Product Manager to helm the development of our groundbreaking AI video generation platform. As the key driver of product strategy, you will define the roadmap, prioritize features, and work hand-in-hand with a talented team of engineers, data scientists, and designers. Your primary mission is to build an intuitive, powerful, and reliable platform that empowers creators, marketers, and businesses worldwide to generate engaging video content at scale. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept, through development, launch, and iteration.
You will tackle complex challenges such as optimizing AI model performance, managing rendering queues, and ensuring a seamless user experience. Your ability to analyze user behavior, market trends, and technical feasibility will be crucial in making data-driven decisions that shape the product's success. Tanggung Jawab
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI video generation platform, aligning with company goals and market opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and AI/ML teams to break down complex features into clear user stories and technical requirements.
- Own the product backlog, prioritizing features based on user impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
- Lead the entire product development lifecycle from ideation and prototyping to launch, monitoring, and iteration.
- Conduct user research and analyze product metrics to deeply understand user needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and key decisions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, video technology, and content creation to identify new opportunities and competitive threats.
- Drive the adoption of agile methodologies, ensuring the team delivers high-quality features on schedule.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Manager, with a strong track record of delivering complex SaaS or platform products.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, particularly in the generative AI or computer vision space.
- Experience with video rendering pipelines, streaming protocols, or media processing is a strong plus.
- Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts into clear product requirements and communicate them to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive product decisions (A/B testing, funnel analysis, etc.).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with agile product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Aha!).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
