You will work closely with engineering, data science, and design teams to translate complex business requirements into intuitive UI/UX experiences. This role demands a candidate who isn't afraid to dive into the details—from wireframing and prototyping to analyzing data performance and steering product roadmaps. You will be instrumental in driving our product strategy and ensuring our AI products deliver exceptional value to our users.
Tanggung Jawab
- Define and drive the product roadmap for core Data and AI-powered product lines.
- Lead the design and development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality UI/UX execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing) to ship features that solve complex user problems.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
- Translate business objectives into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage product backlogs and prioritize features based on impact, effort, and business goals.
- Monitor product metrics and iterate based on data-driven insights and user feedback.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on UI/UX design.
- Proven track record of building and launching data-driven or AI-integrated products.
- Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Strong understanding of data analytics platforms and data visualization techniques.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a user-centric mindset.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
