Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to maximize market share for chemical products in Malaysia.
- Identify, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the industrial sector.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product positioning and pricing.
- Collaborate closely with R&D and technical teams to align product offerings with customer needs.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective buyers and existing clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, negotiation, contract closing, and account retention.
- Prepare regular performance reports and market analysis to guide business decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field.
- Proven experience in product management, technical sales, or sales management within the chemical or industrial manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of chemical products, safety regulations, and industrial applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Valid driver’s license (required for client visits in Malaysia).
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
