- Own the product vision and strategy for digital systems, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end product delivery process, managing the roadmap from conception to launch.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data science) to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Define detailed product requirements and specifications for the development team.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress transparently throughout the project lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, specifically within digital systems or data product environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- 3+ years of experience in the IT sector is highly desirable.
