Tanggung Jawab
- Drive the product roadmap and strategy for eDiscovery information systems and internal investigation tools.
- Translate complex regulatory and legal requirements into intuitive, user-centric product specifications.
- Lead cross-functional squads, including engineers, designers, and data analysts, to ensure high-quality product delivery.
- Analyze system performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for iterative optimization and automation.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery and requirement gathering to launch and post-launch maintenance.
- Conduct competitive analysis to ensure our eDiscovery solutions remain best-in-class in the industry.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure full compliance with international data privacy and security standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the legal tech, SaaS, or complex enterprise data management space.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale data platforms or complex information systems.
- Strong understanding of the eDiscovery lifecycle, including identification, collection, and processing of legal data.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis and metrics-driven decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a global, matrixed organization with evolving priorities.
