Join Google's security leadership team as a Product Manager for Enterprise Data Protection, where you'll drive the strategy and execution of solutions safeguarding sensitive customer data across global enterprises. Collaborate closely with the Product Management Lead to align your workstreams with Google's overarching security objectives, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of compliance, encryption, and threat resilience. You'll define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and translate complex security requirements into user-centric solutions that protect terabytes of critical data. Work cross-functionally with engineering, UX, and legal teams to deliver scalable data protection frameworks while balancing innovation with enterprise-grade security needs. Tanggung Jawab
- Define product strategy and roadmap for enterprise data protection solutions including encryption, DLP, and access controls
- Partner with engineering teams to deliver secure-by-design features for Google Cloud Platform
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging threats and opportunities
- Translate complex security requirements into actionable product specifications and user stories
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to GDPR, CCPA, and regional regulations
- Develop KPIs to measure product effectiveness and drive continuous improvement in security posture
- Present product vision and progress to executive stakeholders and enterprise customers
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of product management experience with focus on security, data protection, or enterprise solutions
- Deep understanding of data privacy regulations and security frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2)
- Experience working with cloud infrastructure and distributed systems security
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate technical concepts into business value
- Proven track record of launching enterprise-grade security products
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams
