- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for fintech products.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders and customers.
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality software using agile methodologies.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
- Manage the product backlog and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive user experiences.
- Monitor product performance and drive data-driven improvements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for product-related matters.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, product management principles, and the software development lifecycle.
- Proven track record of delivering successful software products from concept to launch.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- Experience with LSDLCM or similar development processes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
