Are you a strategic Product Manager passionate about the future of finance and decentralized technologies? We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our fast-growing global fintech and Web3 team in Kuala Lumpur. You will play a pivotal role in driving product innovation and enhancing the user experience for our cutting-edge Web3 Wallet Application.
In this position, you will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualization and strategy to execution and launch. You will work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to build products that are not only technically robust but also intuitive and engaging for users. Tanggung Jawab
- Define and execute the product roadmap for the Web3 Wallet Application, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities and user pain points.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, engineers, developers) to define product specifications and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Lead user research initiatives, including interviews and usability testing, to gather insights and validate product hypotheses.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
- Communicate complex product strategies and updates clearly to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, with a strong focus on Fintech, Blockchain, or Web3 applications.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency wallets, and decentralized finance (DeFi) concepts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven product decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
