Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute product strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from market research and selection to launch and end-of-life.
- Maintain strong relationships with IT vendors and stakeholders to ensure product availability and competitive pricing.
- Analyze sales performance and market trends to provide data-driven recommendations.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to provide technical product support and sales enablement tools.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize supply chain operations for specific product lines.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify new opportunities within the IT distribution space.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in product management, preferably within the IT distribution or hardware/software sales industry.
- Strong understanding of IT ecosystem, vendors, and distribution channels.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and financial reports.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for vendor and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in CRM and ERP software tools.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with a self-driven, proactive mindset.
