Coins.ph is at the forefront of the digital asset revolution in Southeast Asia. We are looking for a visionary Product Manager Leader to spearhead the growth and optimization of our high-frequency Trading Exchange Platform. If you are a fintech veteran with a passion for building scalable payment infrastructures and robust order-matching engines, we want you on our team.
In this high-impact leadership role, you will define the product roadmap, translate complex technical requirements into user-centric features, and lead cross-functional squads to drive adoption and liquidity. You will collaborate closely with engineering, compliance, and design teams to ensure our platform remains secure, compliant, and intuitive for both retail and institutional traders.
Tanggung Jawab
- Define and execute the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Coins.ph Trading Exchange.
- Lead a cross-functional squad of engineers, designers, and data analysts to ship high-quality features in an agile environment.
- Analyze user behavior and market trends to identify opportunities for increasing platform volume and user retention.
- Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including requirements gathering, UI/UX oversight, and post-launch optimization.
- Ensure deep alignment with regulatory compliance and security standards within the Philippine fintech landscape.
- Translate complex trading metrics into actionable insights to drive growth and platform efficiency.
- Foster a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making across the product team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in product management, specifically within fintech, crypto-exchanges, or high-volume payment platforms.
- Proven track record of managing complex, scalable exchange products or trading platforms.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, order matching engines, and liquidity management.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker), and agile project management methodologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
