Tanggung Jawab
- Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for key payment features, from initial discovery to successful launch.
- Conduct deep-dive market and competitor analysis to identify gaps and prioritize product backlog.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and sales teams to ensure alignment on product vision and technical feasibility.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable user stories and product specifications.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate based on data-driven insights.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across different departments and global regions to ensure seamless communication.
- Champion a customer-first mindset, ensuring our payment products provide a seamless and secure experience for our merchants.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-6+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the fintech or payments domain.
- Proven track record of shipping complex, high-impact products in an agile environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Mixpanel).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of the global payment landscape, including local payment methods and regulatory environments.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and global organizational structure.
