We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Product Manager / Product Executive to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the voice of the customer, bridging the gap between user needs and technical execution. Your primary focus will be on reviewing comprehensive feedback loops, including customer support tickets, sales inputs, and in-depth product usage data. By understanding user problems within their actual workflows, you will drive the roadmap for solutions that truly matter. We are looking for a leader who can analyze complex data to identify trends, prioritize features, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products that drive business growth.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and research to launch and post-release analysis.
- Analyze customer feedback, support tickets, and sales data to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Define product vision and strategy, translating business goals into actionable roadmaps.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure product requirements are clearly understood and technically feasible.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate assumptions and enhance the user experience.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritizing tasks based on business value, technical dependencies, and user impact.
- Communicate product updates and changes effectively to stakeholders and customers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or a similar role within the IT sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, user metrics, and feedback reports.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment and using product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence).
- Proven track record of successfully launching products or features that meet user needs.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
