In this pivotal role, you will own the product vision and strategy, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver world-class mobile experiences. You will define what we build, how we build it, and why it matters to our growing community of riders and driver-partners. Your data-driven insights will guide our roadmap, ensuring we solve real-world problems and scale our platform efficiently. Tanggung Jawab
- Define and execute the product roadmap, prioritizing features that deliver maximum value to our users and business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality features on time and within budget.
- Conduct in-depth user research, market analysis, and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Manage the product backlog, writing clear user stories, and facilitating Agile ceremonies.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate on solutions.
- Communicate product strategy and progress effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Product Management, specifically within the Tech, Fintech, or Superapp industry.
- Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies, Scrum, and product lifecycle management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable product requirements.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
