Tanggung Jawab
- Define and execute the product roadmap for internal IT and security platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify workflow bottlenecks and translate them into actionable product requirements.
- Lead cross-functional squads, including engineers, designers, and security analysts, to deliver high-quality releases.
- Drive the adoption of enterprise ERP modules and internal tools through proactive user feedback and data analysis.
- Monitor platform performance, security compliance, and user satisfaction metrics to inform future development.
- Maintain a high-level view of infrastructure requirements, ensuring scalability and alignment with organizational growth.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically within SaaS, Enterprise ERP, or complex internal systems.
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to bridge communication between non-technical stakeholders and engineering teams.
- Experience with security-focused workflows, compliance standards, and internal infrastructure management.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
