British American Tobacco is seeking a dynamic Product Manager - SAP Controlling to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur City Centre. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the strategic management of our SAP Controlling landscape, with a specific focus on product costing and management reporting.
You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that our financial data is accurate, timely, and actionable. As a key member of our Finance Technology team, you will drive process improvements, optimize cost structures, and ensure compliance with internal controls. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, configuration, and maintenance of SAP Controlling modules, including CO-PC and CO-PA.
- Oversee product costing processes, including variance analysis and cost driver analysis.
- Manage and enhance management reporting packages to support senior leadership decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across the SAP ecosystem during month-end and year-end close processes.
- Drive process optimization initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Information Technology.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Product Management or SAP FI/CO implementation/support.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP Controlling (CO), specifically Cost Object Controlling and Profit Center Accounting.
- Proven experience in product costing and management reporting methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
