Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the entire product lifecycle for the SAP Treasury module, from conception to implementation and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, IT, and business units to gather requirements and define product specifications
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and industry best practices
- Lead the design, development, and testing of new features and enhancements for the SAP Treasury system
- Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and innovation
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure maximum utilization of the SAP Treasury module
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in treasury management and SAP solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field; MBA or relevant certifications are a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years focused on SAP Treasury or similar financial systems
- Strong understanding of treasury management processes, cash management, risk management, and financial controls
- Proven experience with SAP modules, particularly SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Project management experience with demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget
