Tanggung Jawab
- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for AI-enhanced legal research capabilities within Westlaw.
- Translate complex legal user requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for engineering and data science teams.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for AI differentiation.
- Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation and prototyping to deployment and post-launch optimization.
- Collaborate with UX/UI design teams to create intuitive interfaces for highly technical AI outputs.
- Monitor key product performance metrics and iterate based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
- Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring that AI implementations enhance rather than complicate legal workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Law, Business, or a related field; MBA or JD is a strong plus.
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the LegalTech, SaaS, or AI/ML industries.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly product features.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in knowledge-based platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end product delivery in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Deep passion for legal innovation and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of data accuracy and ethics in AI.
