Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior management in developing and executing daily production and material planning schedules to maximize efficiency.
- Coordinate closely with production departments to ensure raw materials and components are available exactly when needed.
- Monitor inventory levels continuously and initiate replenishment orders to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical inventory against system records to ensure accuracy.
- Analyze material usage patterns and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of high-quality raw materials.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on material status, usage trends, and forecast requirements to management.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Material Control, Inventory Management, or a similar role within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory management software.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor and supervise a team effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Good communication skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Bintulu.
