Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with company objectives and market demands.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, customers, and data insights.
- Coordinate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product launches.
- Optimize existing e-commerce platforms to enhance user experience, performance, and scalability.
- Drive innovation by researching industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product success to inform future iterations.
- Manage product backlog and ensure timely delivery of features and improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Officer, Product Manager, or similar product-focused role.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital products, and user experience principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
