TikTok is seeking a highly motivated Product Operation Specialist, Data Acquisition to join our innovative team in Kuala Lumpur. You will drive the end-to-end data acquisition process, ensuring data quality, integrity, and timely delivery to fuel our analytics and algorithmic models. Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary liaison between Business Partners and the product team to align business goals with technical execution.
- Design and implement strategies to optimize data acquisition workflows and enhance data collection efficiency.
- Monitor data pipelines and troubleshoot operational issues to ensure 99.9% system availability.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders to drive product improvements.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and sales teams to refine data models and reporting tools.
- Manage stakeholder communication, preparing regular reports on data health, acquisition metrics, and project milestones.
- Identify process gaps and propose innovative solutions to streamline product operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in product operations, data management, or a similar operational role within the technology sector.
- Strong analytical mindset with proven experience in interpreting complex datasets and generating meaningful reports.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Excel).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams within a fast-paced tech environment.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and e-commerce ecosystems is a strong advantage.
