Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to Sales, Account, and Product Managers
- Assist in the coordination of product launches and updates across all channels
- Maintain and update product information in the CRM and other internal systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve product offerings
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for product enhancement
- Support the product lifecycle by assisting with documentation and training materials
- Monitor product performance metrics and report on key operational indicators
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, sales support, or product operations role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
- Proficiency in CRM software and other business tools
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Basic knowledge of product management principles and practices
