- Collaborate with Sales, Account, and Product Managers to ensure smooth product implementation and customer satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the product lifecycle
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides and training materials
- Monitor product performance metrics and report findings to stakeholders
- Coordinate product updates and feature releases with technical teams
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to enhance product performance
- Assist in the development and implementation of product strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in product operations, customer service, or related role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
