- Develop and implement product operations strategies to ensure compliance with APAC regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with product, legal, and compliance teams to navigate complex regulatory landscapes
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve product operations and customer experience
- Manage product documentation, including compliance reports and operational procedures
- Identify and mitigate operational risks across APAC markets
- Stay current with regulatory changes and adapt product operations accordingly
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in product operations, compliance, or fintech
- Deep understanding of APAC regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience working in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of implementing successful product operations initiatives
