As a Product Operations Manager (eSIM & Distribution Platform), you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between product development and market execution. You will oversee the distribution lifecycle, optimize platform workflows, and ensure seamless connectivity solutions for our enterprise clients. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end operational lifecycle of the eSIM distribution platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Sales) to define and execute platform roadmaps.
- Analyze market trends and user data to drive product improvements and operational efficiency.
- Manage vendor relationships and distribution channel strategies to maximize market reach.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and resolve operational bottlenecks effectively.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin is required for this role.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Product Operations, specifically within the Telecom or Digital Distribution sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience working with eSIM technology or similar digital connectivity solutions is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
