- Oversee end-to-end operations for LED product lines, including planning, procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs across the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, and engineering to align product operations with business goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials.
- Lead product launches and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful market introduction.
- Conduct market analysis to stay updated on LED industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on operational metrics and project status.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product operations or management, preferably in the LED or lighting industry.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of supply chain management and inventory control best practices.
