Tanggung Jawab
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders
- Manage and prioritize product backlog to maximize business value
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities
- Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications
- Facilitate sprint planning, review meetings, and retrospectives
- Monitor product performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
- Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and development teams
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and Scrum framework
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with product management tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and project management
- Experience working in the Information & Communication Technology sector
