Tanggung Jawab
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders and the development team.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring high-value features are delivered on time.
- Write clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development efforts.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure technical feasibility and product quality.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions and identify new opportunities.
- Monitor product performance and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and iteration.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to maintain Agile best practices.
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs and feedback are integrated into the product lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in the Information Technology sector.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies with practical experience in implementation.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering software products from conception to launch.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Trello.
