Tanggung Jawab
- Define and prioritize product backlog items based on business value and user needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Ensure data products align with enterprise architecture and compliance standards
- Monitor product performance metrics and iterate based on user feedback
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between data engineers, analysts, and business units
- Develop and maintain product documentation including roadmaps and release plans
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in data/analytics
- Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is advantageous
