Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands.
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
- Conduct thorough market research and user analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation.
- Create low-to-high fidelity prototypes to validate product hypotheses and feature functionality.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on ROI, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and QA to ensure high-quality delivery within sprint timelines.
- Analyze product performance metrics post-launch to inform future iterations and improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar product-focused role.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development life cycles (SDLC).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in wireframing/prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Balsamiq, or Adobe XD).
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and KPIs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English is highly preferred.
