Are you a visionary product leader ready to drive digital transformation in Sarawak? SOCOE is looking for a passionate Product Owner (Systems/Platforms) to join our dynamic team. As a key player in Sarawak’s technological advancement, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between complex business requirements and high-performing technical solutions.
In this role, you will own the product roadmap for our core systems and platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and stakeholders, to deliver scalable, user-centric software that makes a real-world impact. Tanggung Jawab
- Define and manage the product vision and roadmap for internal systems and public-facing platforms.
- Translate business strategy and stakeholder needs into clear, prioritized user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Lead the sprint planning, grooming, and review processes within an agile framework.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure the development of intuitive and seamless user experiences.
- Monitor platform performance, gather user feedback, and iterate based on data-driven insights.
- Act as the primary point of contact between technical development teams and business stakeholders.
- Manage the product backlog to ensure the development team is focused on delivering maximum value.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product management, specifically within software systems or platform-as-a-service (PaaS) environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as Jira or Confluence.
- Proven ability to bridge technical constraints with business objectives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in both English and Malay.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable product features.
- Previous experience working on government-linked or large-scale digital transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
