As the Product Owner, you will act as the primary liaison between the business stakeholders and the development team. You will manage the product backlog, prioritize tasks based on ROI and business impact, and facilitate Agile ceremonies to keep development moving efficiently. Tanggung Jawab
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to the development team and stakeholders.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure the team understands requirements.
- Write clear, concise User Stories and acceptance criteria using Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure the product is intuitive and user-centric.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user interviews to inform product decisions.
- Monitor product performance metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with engineering, QA, and product management to ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a software development environment.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks.
- Proficiency in using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Axure) is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
