- Source and vet new suppliers while maintaining quality standards

- Monitor supplier performance and relationship health
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- 1-3 years experience in product development or partnership management
- Strong understanding of petrochemical industry dynamics
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proven ability to build supplier relationships
- Analytical mindset with market research capabilities
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
