Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps aligned with business goals and market trends.
- Analyze market data, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify new product opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery.
- Create detailed product specifications, pricing strategies, and promotional plans.
- Monitor product performance metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Assist in the end-of-life management of existing products and the lifecycle planning of new ones.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for management to support decision-making processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in product planning or a similar role within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across departments.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
