Tanggung Jawab
- Drive the end-to-end product planning process, collaborating closely with R&D and business unit stakeholders.
- Translate complex market requirements into actionable product specifications and feature roadmaps.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to identify gaps, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Manage product lifecycle milestones, ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and schedule targets.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication to align manufacturing, supply chain, and marketing strategies.
- Monitor product performance metrics and integrate feedback loops for continuous improvement.
- Support portfolio management activities by providing data-backed recommendations for product enhancements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in product planning, project management, or supply chain coordination.
- Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional, multi-site teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in project management tools and data visualization software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A proactive problem-solver who excels in a hybrid work environment.
- Background in manufacturing, technology, or hardware-focused industries is a distinct advantage.
