Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, test, and refine new paper packaging products to ensure they meet exact customer specifications and branding requirements.
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance production efficiency, reduce cycle times, and minimize material waste.
- Collaborate with the production floor to troubleshoot mechanical or process-related issues in real-time.
- Maintain rigorous quality control standards throughout the production lifecycle, ensuring all output meets international packaging benchmarks.
- Manage technical documentation, including SOPs, process flows, and engineering change orders.
- Conduct regular audits of production equipment and provide recommendations for technical upgrades or maintenance.
- Coordinate with procurement and design teams to source materials that improve product durability and cost-effectiveness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in product development or process engineering, preferably within the printing or packaging sector.
- Strong knowledge of paper packaging manufacturing processes, die-cutting, folding, and gluing techniques.
- Proficiency in CAD software and standard engineering documentation tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume manufacturing environment while managing multiple project timelines.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia for effective team communication.
