Tanggung Jawab
- Interface effectively with factory technical staff and corporate engineering teams to align on production goals.
- Design, develop, and implement process improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce waste.
- Monitor and analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for optimization.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure strict adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide immediate, effective technical solutions.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation for management review and compliance.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) initiatives by validating process feasibility and scalability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing or electronics environment.
- Strong understanding of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or other quality improvement methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical data and diagrams.
- Strong communication skills, capable of interacting with diverse technical and non-technical teams.
- Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
