Hata is looking for a strategic Product / Product Operations Manager to take ownership of our core financial and crypto infrastructure. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between high-level product vision and operational excellence, ensuring our platforms are secure, scalable, and user-centric.
As we continue to expand our footprint in the Malaysian and regional fintech markets, you will be responsible for optimizing workflows, managing critical financial integrations, and driving product lifecycle efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of core crypto-financial infrastructure products, from discovery to deployment.
- Define and track operational KPIs to ensure system reliability and high performance of financial transactions.
- Bridge communications between engineering, compliance, and marketing teams to streamline go-to-market strategies.
- Optimize internal product operations to reduce manual overhead and improve deployment velocity.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party financial service integrations to ensure platform stability.
- Monitor and analyze user feedback and market trends to iterate on features that drive user adoption and retention.
- Ensure all product enhancements comply with local regulatory standards and internal security protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Operations, ideally within the Fintech or Crypto industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex infrastructure projects and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in product analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, and financial regulatory frameworks in Malaysia.
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth startup environment with a focus on problem-solving and agility.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
