Tanggung Jawab
- Drive the consultative sales process by aligning Yondu services and products with client-specific business objectives.
- Conduct high-impact technical product demonstrations and Proof of Concept (PoC) presentations for prospective clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform end-to-end Quality Assurance testing on new and existing product features.
- Gather technical requirements from clients and translate them into actionable scope documents for the development team.
- Support the sales cycle by providing technical insights, answering RFPs, and mitigating potential implementation hurdles.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and product performance to provide feedback for future enhancements.
- Manage the technical relationship with stakeholders to ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the pre-sales phase.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a Technical Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, or Technical QA role.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
- Proven ability to conduct consultative selling and manage client expectations effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in cloud services, API integrations, and modern enterprise software architectures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
