Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and maintain quality control standards for all OSIM products
- Conduct regular inspections and testing procedures to ensure product compliance with specifications
- Collaborate with manufacturing and supply chain teams to identify and resolve quality issues
- Document quality metrics and prepare reports for management review
- Stay updated on industry standards and regulatory requirements for product quality
- Train staff on quality control procedures and best practices
- Work with suppliers to ensure they meet OSIM's quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance or product control
- Familiarity with quality management systems and standards (ISO, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills
- Experience in manufacturing or consumer goods industry preferred
- Certification in quality management is a plus
